Howard & Nicola have been teaching and performing as well as competing in all styles of modern jive and blues for several years and throughout the UK and Europe and are the 2004 UK National Blues Champions.

They first began dancing and competing together in 2001, since then they have reached over a dozen major national finals including the Jive Masters twice and have been placed in advanced, aerials, open and showcase sections winning bronze medal for their showcase at the UK Open Jive championships 2005 (Winter Gardens Blackpool), silver at the Leroc UK Jive Championships 2004 (advanced section) and gold in the 2004 UK National Blues Championships.

Howard & Nicola have taught specialist, advanced and themed classes & workshops throughout the UK and Europe headlining numerous national events including Monster Jive, RebelYell, Storm, Bliss, Chill, The Aberdeen Beach Ballroom, Pulse, The London Eye Event, Camber, Southport and many others. They have also performed their award winning showcase all over the UK, most recently appearing at the Gordon Craig Theatre, Stevenage and the Salsa Machine at the famous Corn Exchange.

Their popularity is due to a clear and confident teaching style mixed with good humour and impressive demonstrations, their enthusiasm is simply contagious revealing a genuine passion for both teaching and performing.
